I see this a lot. Attorneys are lazy and don’t want to figure out the owner
So they just sue on the title and see what shakes out. If you call the attorney on the lawsuit they’ll probably drop it so you don’t get attorney fees for them lacking the diligence to investigate it before suing. Make sure they are listed on the state bar website first

I'm guessing they'll hope you'll respond to their email and they'll claim you can settle out of court for a fee.
