If it’s a U.S. History trip, I’d start with Boston then head to NYC. Niagara &
Palmyra are way out of the way. NYC to Philly (w/Valley Forge), then DC. Baltimore isn’t worth your time unless you take a quick stop at the Inner Harbor.
