after you mentioned it and I read the comments, I looked it up and sure enough, it looks like it is a new thing. I like the idea, but alas my employer doth not participate (they participateth not?). Their contributions will be taxed upon withdrawal. I want them to, though, and now I know it's a thing I wonder if I can do anything to influence it that direction (fat chance, though).
