On the timeouts issue, this happened a bunch in conference games. I saw a bit of improvement at times, but it was painful to watch huge leads just dwindle and not have a timeout called earlier.
For points two and three, I totally agree. I actually think Stewart or other bench players could have helped us in a few of those tight games. I know they were a liability in some areas, but I think a few more minutes rest may have made a difference as well mixing up the flow. We would just get stagnant at times.
This killer instinct issue was there in the early season when we were playing lesser teams. I saw us just destroy many of them. Why couldn't we do it against conference foes? Not sure, but it was very frustrating to see us go up big and not find the way to finish when they had been doing it regularly early on.
