He might apply Ivy League but he will need a killer ACT/SAT and it’s still not guaranteed. He likes idea of Notre Dame or UNC or UVA or another top public school. I have post 911 G.I. bill benefits so I can essentially pay for a four-year college for free no matter the cost. But we have talked about the value of college and not going to a place where the cost won’t be worth it.

His mom And my wife (The same person) Went to BYU and she brings it up and encourages him, but he just kind of Poopoos it. I haven’t been a fan of BYU and maybe that has rubbed off on him. But I didn’t poison it or say anything negative about it. I certainly didn’t encourage it. But I wouldn’t have a problem with it. It would certainly save me a lot of money.
