I looked at a job there years ago. The people seem to be very fond of beer and sausage. Probably from winter depression.

Cost of living is relatively low, especially if they are coming from Utah. Public schools are pretty good.

Last few winters not even bad. Didn't snow until January. 50 degree days in December.
