seem his best potential areas for improvement are, as you say, around the decision-making and I'd add cutting down TOs is a big part of that. And since he can't shoot from deep, he must be able to finish around the rim, which he's also struggled with.

I think the finishing layups and better ball management are fixable, more so than shooting form, but that comes down mainly to effort and just being in the gym practicing those things every day. So far he hasn't really shown that he's serious about improving those things very much after years in the program, so I don't know what to expect there.

He just needs to find one thing offensively he can be merely average at, and there's potential to be a serviceable backup PG. We don't need to rely on him to come in and hit a bunch of threes, for example.
