Some hot head guy couldn't get by, honked and then got out of his car to bark at the truck driver. Not the first time I've seen something similar at Costco. I can wait in line a few extra minutes or pump elsewhere

It's not the "wrong side." They're specifically designed to be used on both sides. Many have signs saying so.

Yeah if it's close it makes total sense, around here in NV it's usually $0.50 cheaper than average so save $10 on 20 gal
