That’s ridiculous. She wasn’t required to file a report on it. They didn’t have a slow speed event. She did the right
thing bringing it to their attention but she should have left it at that.
It was a fairly benign mistake.
Mistakes are made in the flight deck by every single pilot. She wouldn’t appreciate someone over her shoulder reporting something as minor as what happened here.
