Someone just holding a gun when they answer the door, is not justification
for a cop to shoot someone. There needs to be some sortve other reasons like aggressiveness, threats, raising the gun etc.
If it comes out that all he did was answer the door holding a gun, pointed down, then that cop should be at the very least fired.
