Lightly recruited out of HS
Many on this board thought it was a reach scholie, but showed really good arm talent and work ethic. ARod forced his hand by taking 2 transfers in the same class as Burton. He’s raw and needs development time, which WV can hopefully provide. BYUs system needs more mobility and Burton is just average at that

I thought I'd read/watched he had a really solid spring last year and had a solid chance along with Retzlaff last fall.

The fact they didn’t even try him after Retzlaff was awful last year is either an indictment vs coaches or Burton. It
