I love ultra processed foods. Good thing I lost 50 lbs ten years ago by jumping rope for an hour each day, doing some lifting, and not eating (most of the time) until dinner. That way I can eat my favorite trashy foods on the daily and still not be morbidly obese. Calories in calories out. Simple.
