I had at least 10 quills in my foot as well. I instantly tried to pull them out and only had success with about 4 or 5. The other ones just broke off at the skin surface and I couldn’t get them. I limped around for a few days and suddenly one night, little calluses appeared at all the entry points. The quills naturally ejected and I was fine. Just saying that was my experience.

maybe you can pee on it but that’s what I always learned growing up and did it numerous times of Portuguese man o’ war stings only!
