A lot of folks will say re-lyte which has been all the rage lately - but you can save yourself some $$$
and just buy redmond sea salt. Re-lyte is just redmond sea salt with some flavoring it it. That's it. Use whatever sugar free drink you want (or add a little sugar even) and put in the salt. Boom. Re-lyte at a LOT less money.
