Did you just stop hormones? Could just be a normal bounce.
Ten mm lymph node in the mesorectum (on MRI?) doesn’t mean a lot by itself. If the PSA is high enough they’ll get a pet scan.
No real questions to ask specifically. How long ago was the radiation? Last colonoscopy?
