We could drive and visit everything from doing Orca watching in the north by Olafsvik to going to the glaciers in the west of the island. It would be cheaper than renting a camper and give you a better base of operations. I highly recommend taking the ferry over to Vestmann island in the south and doing a tour. It was a fascinating island with large volcanic impacts.
