I used to live in Utah, but moved out of the area for graduate school and don't have physical access to a MACU branch. I need to get a cashier's check, but I am not sure if there's any way to do that remotely? Would it be easiest to just open an account at a local credit union, transfer the funds to the new account, and then get the cashier's check in-person with the new account?
