I liked it. It had some dry stretches, but it also took it's time serving up the setting, what had changed from the recent "Caesar Trilogy", etc. The motion-capture technology is still pretty amazing, with some great work from the human actors. I'm interested to see where this storyline is headed. It did well enough at the box office (so far) to likely greenlight some future films. This is one of the rare action franchises that seems to have some interesting things to explore besides just providing good action.
