Pay back their NIL if they don’t stay for years etc
Or contracts…1 yr, 2yr, 3yr and 4 year contracts.
These will be the equivalent of “scholarships”.
If they sign a four year deal/contract…and a more prestigious school comes calling… buyouts and/or NIL payback to stop the bleeding.
TV revenue sharing would raise all universities…but it will never happen
