The question is will Utahns pay to stay in a local hotel? I think the answer is
probably yes.
The indoor water park alone would likely be a huge hit. I've seen people cram to stay at the Holiday Inn in WVC just because of its small water park.
It helps if it can draw from a larger geographical area for the weekend getaway crowd. But with most of Utah starving for family entertainment in the winter, I think it would do well.

Have you been to one? Much more than an indoor / outdoor park. The one in Scottsdale is becoming a family reunion mecca.
