Moving and leaving Fridge & Washer/Dryer in house for rental - any suggestions?

Is KSL the best place to find some good ones to take with us? Our company is moving us and so I'd rather purchase now and have them worry about it.

KSL is hard because they all look the same. Any suggestions?
