So, my appraisal came in on my new house build.

I want a re-evaluation and asked for it. Lender requested it to appraiser 3rd party but it was denied.

Lots of more specific Information will make more sense, but I didn’t know a thing like this could be denied if I asked for it.

I think I have good reasons but wondering what I can do here. Ugh.
