You can pick two of Allegra, Zyrtec and Claritin and take one in the morning and one at night. Zyrtec probably best at night because it can be slightly sedating. The bottle will state once daily but twice daily ok.

You can also add Zantac, which is another antihistamine typically used for reflux.

Nasal steroid like Flonase is key

Nasal washes to remove pollen and keep clear is key (I like Neilmed)

If you still suck after all that, see an allergist and get allergy shots. Don’t get hooked on Afrin.
