Plus/minus in a single game/series is meaningless. It takes a lot more games for that stat to be credible. Minnesotas best defensive game came without him.
Gobert gets blame because he is DPOTY and on a near super max. If he didn’t get those two things he would not get near the blame he gets. Those two things are the standard by which he is measured.
