We usually end up giving our older cars to our kids when we get a new one
We often send our kids off to college with our old car and use that as a time to buy something new. Think of a college aged kid living in the dorms owning an EV. How are they going to use that car that they can't charge? There's just so many situations where EVs just simply do not work.

You never go further than that in one day? I just can't until the range increases or the charge time decreases.
