Rant: My son and another senior will not get to be Valedictorians because Junior
student that is 'graduating early' has been named valedictorian. A junior. Say that out loud. Weird!!!
My son and his classmate have 4.0 GPA and both got 1300 on SAT. So early thoughts were: Co-Valedictorians.
This junior has taken dual credit courses and got a higher score on SAT.
Better student overall? Maybe
But not part of the class!!
I sent a message to principal saying how ridiculous this is!
Have 3 Valedictorians! Do what ever!
I know this is not the end of the world.
