Purdue already has a OOC road game @Notre Dame in 25
They, unlike BYU don't schedule 2 OOC road games in the same season. Rutgers I could actually see happening, but like you I'm very meh on that one. Also looking at Rutgers future OOC games seems like just about all of them are fairly "regional" type games so I'd be surprised if they agreed to come out here.
