There are ways of keeping the batters off balance a little. I changed the position of where I placed my foot in the pitching rubber, leaning right or left to exaggerate the angle some. I used backspin, forward spin, left spin, right spin at strategic times. I got more accurate at throwing deep in the box and then throw it to just barely into the plate to sometimes get them to hit ground balls or pop ups more. Picking and choosing when to mix it up was the key.
