The ACC can only survive as a whole with ND buttressing it with football games and non-revenue sports. ESPN has the unilateral option to cancel the ACC deal after 2026. With no TV deal the GoR has no value and would be non-enforceable. They would need a TV deal and not everyone would be on board. I could see Cal, Stanford, Duke, and a few others doing something with the Ivies but Louisville, GT, Syracuse, some others may want out after UNC, FSU, Miami, and Clemson leave.
