I’m curious if anyone has a good recommendation for a HELOC.

Ideally, I am looking for a HELOC that is prime +2%, And something that requires a low amount taken out to get it started.

Hoping to use it as a revolving credit line on personal short-term investment as it would be cheaper than hard money, while AR comes in 60-90 days later.

Also hopeful for up to $500K, which would still keep me within 80/20.
