Company doesn't provide a vehicle insurance or even mileage reimbursement if it's less than 45 minutes.

Maybe two of those things are legal--not sure. But I doubt normal auto insurance covers damage when employee is carrying people around as part of a job.

What insight do any of you have (Other than the company is treating employees like crap)
