I am just so proud of my daughter. She got her SAT score. 1570!
She isn't as impressed as I am. She assumed she would get close to that. She wants to go to BYU for Engineering. (She doesn't want to go anywhere else) I keep telling her she shouldn't have a problem getting in with 5's on all her AP classes so far. (History, English, Calc Ab, Bio, Physics). Next year she plans to take AP Chem, Calc BC, and Physics 2. She also has plans to get all Solidworks certifications by the end of her senior year (She already has 3). She is the Robotics team captain, as well as lettering in 2 varsity sports, interact club, key club, student council, and an engineering work/study program at a local manufacturing plant. She is on track to be valedictorian. (Small farming town in the midwest). She hopes to get in but has BYU-I as her backup. (I really don't think she will have an issue). She will spend a lot of next year looking for scholarships. As a female in STEM, I also assume she won't have too much of a problem there. I am just so proud of the work she has put in.
