It's a bitcoin ATM, for those unfamiliar you put cash in to buy bitcoin and it gives you a Bitcoin address and a private
key to access and transfer the bitcoin at your leisure. I assume she put the cash in to buy the Bitcoin, then it gave her the private key and address, and the scammers got that info and immediately transferred the Bitcoin from her address into theirs. At that point there is nothing you can do. Just an example, there are addresses on the Bitcoin blockchain that hold BILLIONS worth of Bitcoin. All someone would need is the private key to access billions in those addresses.
