don't realize when it's their turn and when it's not. So I feel like I have to cut someone off just to hold my rightful place in the line.

Most of it's in my head though, because 90% of the time it's just fine. But a couple annoying experiences with people that lack situational awareness have turned me against the multi-lane system.
