actually not doing the work in SQL server this go 'round
My SQL Server experience is from a past life (used to write stored procs and queries of hundreds of lines with reasonable complexity, but I knew SQL guys who could code circles around me back then). I work in a technologically very backwards organization right now, especially as I'm not officially part of the IT shop. No access to SQL Server, let alone more modern and cool tools like snowflake. I'm semi familiar with it conceptually but have never used it. I have to do all my work using python in Anaconda pretty much just because org won't support anything and Anaconda doesn't require admin to install or use.

Covid and my own health issues have kept me at my current job way longer than I intended to stay and now I'm feeling like I'm too old to leave, but if I can ever get fully healthy again, I may venture back out into the real world.

P.S. Re-familiarizing myself with the concept of snowflake and now wondering if maybe I really CAN use it since it seems similar to Anaconda in not requiring admin/registry/installs, etc. I'll have to look more into it.
