Before the EQ HP merger we had an EQ that was like a real support group. Guys

getting vulnerable about issues, pouring their struggles out. Really amazing and strengthening. Then we merged w HP and now it’s back to mostly mind numbing discussions, platitudes, and lectures. Night and day difference. It definitely gave me the vision for what EQ could be
