They take care of their employees, similar to Chick-fil-A.
In turn they get employees that show up, work hard, and are friendly and help customers.
Whole place is always clean, and if you are on a road trip you won’t find better bathrooms.

It’s not great. Not even top 200 in Texas bbq. It is meh but ok for a gas station. His point is true tho (for brisket)
