Portland. I'd give them an outside shot at finishing ahead of San Antonio depending on what the Spurs do in the offseason - if they draft a couple of "high upside" guys who need a couple of years of development, I think the Jazz could finish ahead of them. But if they start to add some veteran support around Wemby, then they are probably better than Utah. History says at least one team that we don't expect to finish below Utah will have some bad injury luck (like Memphis this year) and slide unexpectedly. My best candidate for that would be the Warriors - if Steph got hurt for a large chunk of the season, they might implode.
But barring a HUGE leap by Keyonte and Taylor next season, I think it's a pretty safe be that Utah finishes in the bottom 2-3 of the Western Conference.
