especially the dust part...Except that they aren't diverting 100% of the water from SL...I was really glad to hear that they restored some of the water flow on the Owens River after a century. In retrospect, seems like such a bad decision to divert 100% back in 1913. Then again, I guess if there were no dams on the Colorado, it would have a chance to flood and refill the Salton Sea. Hard to know what the best thing to do is.
