My oldest is 15, but he is the youngest in his class and he’s going to be a junior next year. He won’t turn 16 until August. He doesn’t have the ability to drive himself places. He is Also incredibly busy as he will be a 2-sport starter at the varsity level next year with both Football and Lacrosse. So he has camps and tournaments all summer along with lifting/conditioning.

This has made getting a regular job very difficult for him. He can’t drive himself there, and he doesn’t have time to be on regular hours.

He’s going to make some business cards and pass them out in the neighborhood, advertising himself as someone who would perform odd jobs, mowing and landscaping, and knife and tool sharpening. He can do those on his own time. I hope it works out for him and he gets some customers.
