me during a high school class. She said I had been teasing her about something in and she turned around and slapped my so hard that it left a hand mark on my face and she'd felt bad about it for 20 years.

1. I am sure I have never been slapped by a female.

2. She was someone I knew and had a class with, but I don't recall every interacting with her. I could definitely bug my male friends, but did not bug/tease girls in a way that would rile them up.

3. I told her I did not remember it and thought she had to be mistaken, but she was insistent that it was me.

I ended up accepting her apology, but to this day the situation still has me confused. I've been in situations talking to friends where one side doesn't remember something trivial, but never something like a slap.
