Probably similar to NYC. Mostly golf pants, &collar short sleeved shirts, sweaters, and a good coat.
By them suits they like from wherever. No need for crazy durability IMO.
* We only bought short sleeved shirts from &collar because my sons are tall and skinny and the long sleeved shirts have too short of sleeves. &collar did not, probably still doesn't, have variable lengths of sleeves.

Which mission? Will he be wearing the suit often? My sons loved golf pants mostly for serving in NYC and New Jersey.

Costco has/had some great lulu knock off dress pants. My youngest son (also New Jersy) lived in them.
