My daughter likes assics and Nikes, Hoka’s were too wide for her. We buy her new training shoes twice a year, they typically last about 300 miles. We get them at a local running shop that gives her high school team a discount.

For races, lots of the boys and girls wear the Nike vapor fly, but they are $260. Great for races, my daughter really likes them, but you need a different shoe for training.
