PSA: If replacing your 11-18 Sienna right axle, cut your inevitable losses
(NO don't pay someone else to do it, what are you, moneybags, a CBer??), and immediately take a grinder or sawzall and cut the axle between the transmission and the mount. I'd even go so far as to recommend you unbolt the mount and not even TRY to de-seize the inevitably seized axle-bearing from said mount, and just spend the extra 50 bucks for a new one. It's not worth the thousand bucks a shop would charge to do it all for you, but it IS worth the extra 50 for the literal HOURS of headache you'll forego.

I full on SHATTERED (a portion of) the axle-bearing, and what was left of it in there STILL wouldn't release its death grip on the mount. Just go into the repair PLANNING on cutting the axle, and consider the new mount just another part of the job.

Remember when we were kids and disassembly was the easy part???
