Nimis in Ladonia was super fun for my kids. Great hike with a crazy structure at the end on a beach.

Rubjerg knude lighthouse at northern Denmark was great as well.

Also, my kids really got a kick out of searching/hiking for Thomas dambo trolls that are around the countryside.
