Expect FCS, & G5 schools to pay very little if any.

The top ~1/2 of Power 4 will likely pay around the cap, $20M.

The bottom ~1/2 of Power 4 will likely pay around $10M.

Of the non-football playing schools, only a few (eg. BigEast) will pay anything meaningful.

There are a LOT more moving pieces to this. For one, the elimination of scholarship limits and resetting roster limits. So, two examples ... baseball has 11.5 scholarship to give across a roster >40. Scholarship limits will be removed but the roster capped at 40 (exact number tbd), meaning that a school can choose to give all 40 baseball players full scholarships. Second example .... football has a scholarship limit of 85 (all must be full scholarships) and a roster limit of 120 - the roster cap is likely to be reduced to 95 (again, exact number tbd) but everyone can get full scholarship.

It will be interesting to see how much BYU will pay and how they will divide it up.
