It’s important to highlight the kind of competition that Elijah is used to playing against at Brewster Academy (also where Charles Abouo prepped so immediately I like Elijah!).

Brewster ended ranked #9 in the nation.

They played against some of the best teams / competition America including Montverde / Cooper Flagg (lost by 33 but MV was 33-0 and STACKED), beat Wasatch Academy, Link (#5 in the nation), and several other nationally ranked teams.

I would imagine that makes his transition to college / Big 12 less daunting on the margin.

Speaking of the Big 12, one of his teammates is going to play at Iowa State and another is playing at Purdue!
