Is a good place to start. For a large format cnc. Phantom has one if the best values right now. Small format cnc check out onefinity cnc's. PWNcnc makes a 6 tool changer for it. Be aware all cnc's have a small learning curve.
I'm not sure where you live. There can be some advantage to buying local.
