Any hotel with a pool... Travel to somewhere you want to visit that has different parks and playgrounds. Even a new
McDonald's playland in a different neighborhood is a brand new adventure to kids that age.
A zoo is usually pretty exciting for kids that age. Beyond that, I wouldn't do anything major like theme parks. Even 4 is really to young to enjoy and/or remember.
