Actually, the poor language may be intentional. Scammers look for truly gullible
people. A poorly-worded email will screen for that. Truly gullible people are easier to take money from than those who are merely naive or who are not quite vigilant. Unfortunately, there are plenty of gullible people out there.

Scammers will close a lot more scams and will be more efficient with their leads.

Sad.
